Josh began his commercial real estate career by managing over 2 million square feet of industrial and office space for a local Indianapolis company. While there he became well versed in large scale leasing, industrial sales, acquisitions, and furthered his vast construction management experience.

Throughout his brokerage career, Josh has managed over $100 million in asset sales and acquisitions. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Marian University, where he serves on the National Board of Alumni. 

Having experience in a variety of industries and specialties, Josh provides valuable insight into his client’s projects. 

When Josh is not working, he enjoys coaching wrestling, playing golf, traveling, and spending time with his wife Teri, and two sons.
